Dubrovnik

Welcome to Croatia's Pearl

Airport pickup, port check-in at Gruž Harbour, and an afternoon to explore the UNESCO Old Town.

After settling in, spend the afternoon wandering Dubrovnik's magnificent limestone streets and climbing the ancient city walls.

Dubrovnik → Slano

Old Town Tour & Oyster Tasting

Guided walking tour of Dubrovnik, then sail towards the charming coastal town of Slano.

En route we stop for lunch on board and a swim in a sheltered bay. The highlight: a small-boat excursion to Ston's historic oyster farm.

Slano → Mljet

National Park & Captain's Dinner

Sail to Mljet — one of the most beautiful islands in the Adriatic, known for its olive groves and nature.

After a swim stop and lunch, we arrive at Pomona — explore Mljet National Park and the Benedictine monastery on St. Mary's Island.

Mljet → Korčula

Marco Polo's Birthplace

Sail to the legendary island of Korčula, birthplace of Marco Polo, with a scenic swim stop en route.

On arrival, join a guided walking tour of Korčula's compact medieval old town. Evening free to explore the island's tavernas.

Korčula → Vis

Croatia's Hidden Gem

Set course for Vis — a former naval base, remarkably preserved thanks to decades of restricted access.

Vis remains one of Croatia's most authentic and unspoilt islands. Visit the Archaeological Museum and stroll the waterfront.

Vis → Blue Cave → Hvar

The Legendary Blue Cave

Early morning departure to Biševo island for a visit to the mythical Blue Cave, lit by silver-blue light.

After this experience, sail towards Hvar with a stop at Pakleni Islands. On arrival, guided walk through Hvar's old town.

Hvar → Šibenik

Final Swim & Farewell Dinner

Sail to Šibenik with a final swim stop and last lunch on board as the Croatian coast drifts past.

Explore Šibenik's beautiful old town and the UNESCO-listed Cathedral of St. James. Evening farewell dinner on deck.

Šibenik → Split

Diocletian's Palace & Farewell

Morning sail to Split followed by a guided tour of the UNESCO-listed Old Town and Diocletian's Palace.

After the tour, your Adriatic adventure comes to a close. Transfer to Split Airport.

A Story from the Adriatic to the Pacific Coast

Hongo Tours was founded in January 2026 as a subsidiary of Bora Consulting, established by Danila Simakhodkiy.

The Name and Logo

Oğuz Genç, the co-founder, chose the name Hongo from the University of Tokyo campus where he pursued his doctorate, drawing logo inspiration from its iconic ginkgo tree.
