Hongo Tours was founded in January 2026 as a subsidiary of Bora Consulting, established by Danila Simakhodkiy.
The Name and Logo
Oğuz Genç, the co-founder, chose the name Hongo from the University of Tokyo campus where he pursued his doctorate, drawing logo inspiration from its iconic ginkgo tree.

Public Offer Agreement

This document constitutes a public offer by Hongo Tours to any individual wishing to purchase our yacht cruise services in Croatia.
1. Subject of the Offer
The Company offers luxury yacht cruise services along the Dalmatian coast of Croatia, as detailed on this website.
2. Booking & Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm the booking
- The remaining 70% is due 50 days before the tour departure date
- Prices are quoted per person in EUR and include all stated inclusions
- Payment is processed via secure platforms
3. Cancellation Policy
- More than 50 days before departure: full refund minus the non-refundable deposit
- Between 50 and 30 days: 50% refund of total tour cost
- Less than 30 days before departure: no refund
- We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all guests
4. Force Majeure & Itinerary Changes
The Company reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the itinerary. In case of full cancellation due to force majeure, guests will receive a full refund or rebooking.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Ensuring all travel documents (passport, visa) are valid
- Arriving at the designated meeting point on time
- Following the captain's safety instructions during the voyage
- Respecting fellow guests and crew
6. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Montenegro.
